My beauty philosophy is that following the proper procedure with each customer is vital. I start every appointment by actively listening to what you need. Sometimes it seems like a customer is almost afraid to tell their stylist what they want; it’s really important to me to make sure that you get comfortable enough to communicate what you have in mind. After I listen, I repeat back to you what you told me, then give suggestions on how best to achieve the style that you are going for. I believe that the plan should be a mutual one, so that there is no gray area about the process of bringing out your inner beauty.
